Return Policy

We offer a 1-day return policy for unopened products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 1 day of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

• Product must be unopened and in its original packaging
• Return request must be made within 1 day of delivery
• Product must be in the same condition as received
• Original receipt or order confirmation is required

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging
5. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged by the customer
• Products returned after 1 day of delivery
• Special order or customized items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
